The loops are cut from one of those helium tanks the stores use to fill balloons. The rods are re-bar I found out at the mulch site.. The base is temporary.. Several rods can be seen that are ready for attachment. The foliage and table are for esthetics.
This too is made from more of that helium tank plus some metal from a propane tank.. The base is a portion of a ceiling joist I dug from a dumpster. The metal sections will be polished and the other parts painted black
Made from the bottom of that helium tank... some parts are hidden behind the gong-like thingie.. the base is just temporary. Rods are from an ironing board I found next to a dumpster
Various diameter of painted pipes held, temporarily, together with rubber band.. Base is a piece of oak countertop stained with an ebonizing solution of vinegar and steel wool.
I found this thing in a neighbors driveway. It is a piece of wood that fell from a tree. It's about 3" tall, mounted on a rod and the rod is inserted in a base(off bottom of picture). Depending on the view angle, you can imagine all sorts of things from this piece of wood ..some rather naughty...
